Degas stepped into the casino with a smile. His pace easy set and his gaze forward. He didn't look back he simply kept walking waving to patrons and nodding his head to others.
"The first floor is simple games. Slots, bingo, mahjong, things old people like really and those of simple minds," Degas went behind the bar and down a dimly lit hallway to an elevator. "The second floor is card games and dice games. Third is casual battle games and watching shows. Above that is the Ring. Where we place bets on fighters of all types. And above that the shadow games...where you had lost it all," Degas explained each floor as they passed them.
"These two are my personal harem. Most of them don't bite," Degas laughed a bit. "I'm sure you will meet them all in time. And Here is my penthouse," Degas purred the elevator stopping on the eighth floor.
When one stepped out they would see a lavish looking living space. Paintings on the wall of landscapes and white carpets. Black leather furniture and a fireplace. A huge theater screen and a wall made of pure glass looking out over the city. Another wall was dedicated to a fully stocked bar and kitchen with bar stools. A room could be seen closed off by a door. In the middle of it all was a spiral staircase wrapping itself around the buildings central beam. A chandelier lit the place up looking like ivy as it was weaved across the ceiling looking like one single piece.
"The bathroom is right through that door. Do take your time. I am a patient man," Degas said with a smirk moving away towards the kitchen.
If she chose to go in the bathroom she would see it was sparsely decorated the theme being chrome. Silvery metallic looking sink, toilet, and tub. The knobs were shaped like birds on both sink and tub. A shower head was on the ceiling and a mirror above the sink. There was no curtain put a thin see through glass wall that kept the water in. The tub wasn't deep so much as it was long. It had two steps down into it and a railing on one wall with an assortment of soaps above it on a shelf.

As Degas was settling in, a voice came over the intercom. "Master Degas, there is a shady group of people here demanding your audience. They're.....very well armed." Suddenly, a struggled could be heard and a woman's voice came over the intercom. "Hello, whoever is on the other line. Don't you know it's rude to ignore a ladies request? To be kept waiting for hours to. Would you be so kind to let me up? Otherwise, I may have to make my own way up dear and no one wants that." She said and cracked what sounded like a whip. "M-Master Degas....please...help me!" A distant voice would call out. "What a fun toy you have. I wonder how far it will bend before breaking." She chuckled.

Degas looked to the bathroom the faintest sound of running water catching his ears. It seemed she was ready to settle in for a nice long soak. He went about his business grabbing a few bottles or alcohol off the shelves when the intercom sounded. "Master Degas, there is a shady group of people here demanding your audience. They're.....very well armed." So he had visitors....and a pushy bunch too from the sound of it. "Hello, whoever is on the other line. Don't you know it's rude to ignore a ladies request? To be kept waiting for hours to. Would you be so kind to let me up? Otherwise, I may have to make my own way up dear and no one wants that." Degas raised a brow at her irritated sound of voice. She must have arrived while he was out and about. "M-Master Degas....please...help me!" It seemed she liked hearing them cry his name as well. "What a fun toy you have. I wonder how far it will bend before breaking." She chuckled.
Degas clicked the intercom on the counter of his kitchen. "Do forgive me lovely but I was out and about. Please do come up," Degas purred into the intercom. If she had a whip he wanted to see it.
He set about setting out a third glass. His hands working quickly to prepare the drinks. Jolly Ranchers to be exact. It was in his experience that women often enjoyed sweet drinks. He lined the glasses with corn syrup and green sugar before shaking the drinks. Then he poured it out. His gaze going to the elevator with a smile as he watched the numbers count down to this mystery dominatrix arrival.

The elevator finally came to a stop and opened up revealing a women whose beauty was impossible to be matched by any. The women whose been called Aphrodite's rose, the dark guild master, Jesibel the Rosemon X. She stepped into the loft her boots clopping on the floor and her cape resting behind her, twitching this way and that with her movement. She had no whip but instead peculiar vines wrapped with her body. Her cherry lipstick lips smirking as she looked around the loft, "Well well, this almost looks as nice as my place. Almost." She chuckled as she made her way to the center. She looked at Degas and placed a hand on her hip, perking her side outward, "You must be the master of this city. Well well. The last thing I was expecting it to be was human. Consider me impressed, though it seems troublesome humans have been popping up everywhere lately." She chuckled again, her demeanor portrayed a woman of power and it demanded respect. "I didn't want to seem intrusive so I left my toys downstairs with your toys. Though my toys don't really play nice, they're behaving...for now. The way our next conversation goes determines their behavior." She looked over at the kitchen with a stool, noticing the drink on the counter top. "Well, did I interrupt something?" She said walking over and taking a seat, crossing one leg over the other and resting her hands on them. "What is your name handsome?" She asked reaching for one of the drinks and taking a sip of it. "What an interesting little concoction. Haven't tasted this one before." She said, her lips staining the clear glass. She did not ask if the drink was hers or not and didn't really care, it was her way of showing a form of dominance. A if she sees something she wants, will take it regardless of who's it may be attitude. "I'd like to discuss this....place...with you." She said giving Degas a smile.

Degas eyes took in the rosemon x appreciatively. The dark leaves and cape making the red of her outfit pop. He already wanted to peel away those petals over her breasts that left little to imagination. Skanky? Perhaps a bit but he didn't mind at all. He smiled as she remarked upon his loft. Haughty, skanky, and the world owns her dues. He knew the type very well. More than once have they found their way to his bed and would leave without little a care. He supposed he was not much different however.
"You must be the master of this city. Well well. The last thing I was expecting it to be was human. Consider me impressed, though it seems troublesome humans have been popping up everywhere lately." She wouldn't be the first one to underestimate him. Being human was a bore to be sure however he had to say he didn't lack in power.
"I didn't want to seem intrusive so I left my toys downstairs with your toys. Though my toys don't really play nice, they're behaving...for now. The way our next conversation goes determines their behavior." She looked over at the kitchen with a stool, noticing the drink on the counter top. "Well, did I interrupt something?" Degas continued to smile and hopped into a sitting position on the counter. His body half turned to look at her. His one knee on the counter while the other hanged free.
"What is your name handsome?" He watched her reach for a drink with a smirk.
"What an interesting little concoction. Haven't tasted this one before."
"If there is one thing us humans do well its drink," Degas said chuckling. "My name is Degas von Vilku lovely. Feel free to call me Degas," he purred grabbing his own glass and drinking it.
"I'd like to discuss this....place...with you." He raised a brow at her.
"Business before pleasure hmm," Degas said. "And here I was hoping you were wanting my 'personal' services," Degas emphasized the personal. To him if t wasn't for the bedroom then it was about the casino. Which meant she might be threatening for a cut of his profits. That didn't sit well with him. However his face never showed it as his devilish smirk was forever plastered on his face.
"So tell me lovely what business would you like to discuss with this little 'ol human," Degas said endearingly. His innocent act just that an act. He didn't doubt she could see through it but for him it was a pleasant joke that often got mixed reactions.

"Business before pleasure hmm," Degas said. "And here I was hoping you were wanting my 'personal' services, so tell me lovely what business would you like to discuss with this little 'ol human," Jesibel smirked as she juggled the alcohol around the glass. "Oh I like you, such a bold statement." She chuckled and took a elongated sip before placing it back onto the counter. "I don't know if you've heard of my organization but I am the head of a guild called Dark Helix." She began, stepping off the stool and walking towards the center of the loft again. She removed her cape and draped in on a nearby furnishing, exposing the skin on her back and the beginning of her perfect rump. She placed her hand back on her hip and turned around, "My name is Jesibel, and I am an acquirer of rare trinkets, people and digimon. Some for collection purposes, others for 'personal' reasons." She smiled returning the emphasis on the word personal. "All of it for the one thing that matters overall else, money." Jesibel walked over to the balcony overlooking New Vegas and stared out of the grim city of sin.
"Obviously, tales of a so called master of sin, had reached my ears. Tales of someone taking advantage of humans and digimon down on their luck looking to strike big and almost always losing it all. Sadly, I'm not fond of competition, even if that competition is cute. The high rollers of Earth and the Digital World, are spending more money in your casino then buying my hard earned trophies on the black market and when I see a dip in my purse, I tend to get very cranky." Her vines began to move through her cleavage and wrap around her arm, but rested on her wrist. "Originally, I was going to burn New Vegas as they're calling it to the ground with every man under my influence but I'm a smart woman, a business woman." She walked back over to Degas on the counter top and leaned over, her breasts rubbing against his rested knee. She got close to his face and the sweet aroma of her perfume swirled in his nostrils, begging a taste. "Burning down an entire city is bad for business. W.A.D.A. would surly hunt me down and I can't have that." She pulled away teasing a kiss.
She sat back down in her stool and took her glass once more juggling the alcohol. "I already dealt with them once, and let's just say I'm not to keen on fighting them again anytime soon." She took a sip, leaving the glass half full. "I propose a deal as an alternative, I'll spare you and New Vegas if Dark Helix can work safely within it's borders and do all sorts of things that I need to stay rich." She leaned in holding the half glass over, indicating a refill. "As a man of money, I'm sure you understand my plight." She chuckled. "I'd say it's a win win." She said awaiting a response from Degas. Her eyes were hidden behind the rose she wore but they were definitely keen on this man. "What say you master of sin? Hmm hmm."

"Oh I like you, such a bold statement." Degas eyes twinkled in delight at her statement. It seemed he has made a good impression. "I don't know if you've heard of my organization but I am the head of a guild called Dark Helix." He had actually. After all he had to do his research into all groups before determining the best place to make his new home. Unlike the desert Vegas was built in this marsh allowed him to control the available land not water.
"My name is Jesibel, and I am an acquirer of rare trinkets, people and digimon. Some for collection purposes, others for 'personal' reasons." Degas chuckled. He wasn't much into slaves himself however he could not deny many were. "All of it for the one thing that matters overall else, money." Now she was speaking his language. Money makes the world go round after all.
"Obviously, tales of a so called master of sin, had reached my ears. Tales of someone taking advantage of humans and digimon down on their luck looking to strike big and almost always losing it all. Sadly, I'm not fond of competition, even if that competition is cute. The high rollers of Earth and the Digital World, are spending more money in your casino then buying my hard earned trophies on the black market and when I see a dip in my purse, I tend to get very cranky." So he has stepped on her toes....admittedly it was a delight since it had led to her visiting him. He watched her pace about his loft. No doubt strutting herself like a true alpha female trying to make sure he knows it.
"Originally, I was going to burn New Vegas as they're calling it to the ground with every man under my influence but I'm a smart woman, a business woman." Oh, she is quite the tease isn't she. Degas smirked leaning in just slightly.
"Burning down an entire city is bad for business. W.A.D.A. would surly hunt me down and I can't have that." With out a doubt. Degas tongue tapped the back of his teeth hungrily at her teasing kiss. His gaze followed her and he straightened up and slid of the counter.
"I already dealt with them once, and let's just say I'm not to keen on fighting them again anytime soon." Well that was an interesting tidbit. Someone had given her a run for her money from W.A.D.A.. He would have to pay for some more information on it he supposed.
"I propose a deal as an alternative, I'll spare you and New Vegas if Dark Helix can work safely within it's borders and do all sorts of things that I need to stay rich." Degas looked to the ceiling a moment thoughtfully. She assumed it would be easy to burn this place to the ground. How quaint.
"What say you master of sin? Hmm hmm." He did understand her plight. They were both creatures of money after all. Though their business was a bit different.
"You my lovely are quite the lioness," Degas said with a purr. He walked around the bar and up to her. "You forget though even a elegant deer can kill," Degas said stopping in front of her. He leaned forward his face stopping inches from her.
"I am not above reason lovely. Your threats don't scare me and can go both ways," Degas straightened again.
"You wish to work out of my city. So be it. It will provide traffic for both of us. I can not deny that," Degas said. This time it was his turn to strut about show his dominance as well. "However I have no loyalties to your Dark Helix. I wouldn't have trouble possibly selling information. You may work here but you will have to pay for my protection," Degas plopped into the leather chair. His legs draping over the arm. His man eating smile and mischievous eyes focused on Jesibel.

"You my lovely are quite the lioness, you forget though even a elegant deer can kill," Jesibel stared him in his eyes, and licked her lips with the tip of her tongue. She loved a man with a backbone, it means she could break it. She smiled devilishly at him.
"I am not above reason lovely. Your threats don't scare me and can go both ways," Jesibel's smile remained, he was so much more interesting then she could have possibly hoped for. Perhaps she found herself a worthwhile plaything.
"You wish to work out of my city. So be it. It will provide traffic for both of us. I can not deny that, However I have no loyalties to your Dark Helix. I wouldn't have trouble possibly selling information. You may work here but you will have to pay for my protection," Pay a human for protection? That was laughable. He truly believed himself a king didn't he? Oh how much fun it would be to break him down and make him do as she pleases. Yes the thought though tempting, would be as if going to war with the city. She'd leave him be...for now.
Jesibel clapped her hands together and stood up from her stool. She finished her half filled glass and placed it on the counter top. She strutted over, finding a seat across for him, "My my my my oh my you certainly are something." Jesibel stated laying out across the sofa, resting her head on an enclosed fist and arching a leg. "I almost want to catch you and place you on the black market but I fear your price is something only I can afford...and I have half a mind to pay it." She chuckled and rolled over onto her back staring up at the ceiling.
"I never need anyone to protect me or my business, so I'm going to have to decline your offer of protection. Though if those perfect lips of yours start flapping, it would be problematic for me. Of course, I'd handle it but it'd be nice to avoid it all together." She turned her head to view Degas. "So, here's a revised offer. We help each others business boom. You provide me a place of business and in return, you earn five percent of every bit I make in New Vegas. You'll be richer and I get a place I can make money. Then I'll be to valuable to New Vegas to simply rat on won't I?" She said crossing a leg over the other.
"What say you Degas?" She asked smiling towards him.

"My my my my oh my you certainly are something." Degas watched her with an amused look. It was like a pair of male peacocks flaunting their feathers each trying to be more beautiful and dominate than the other. All for the sake of controlling the peahens and their money. It was amusing really to finally have a friendly rival....well maybe not friendly.
"I almost want to catch you and place you on the black market but I fear your price is something only I can afford...and I have half a mind to pay it." Degas smiled at her remark. He had half a mind to let her. It would be a fun game at least for awhile.
"I never need anyone to protect me or my business, so I'm going to have to decline your offer of protection. Though if those perfect lips of yours start flapping, it would be problematic for me. Of course, I'd handle it but it'd be nice to avoid it all together." Degas continued to watch her. So what was she going to do about it?
"So, here's a revised offer. We help each others business boom. You provide me a place of business and in return, you earn five percent of every bit I make in New Vegas. You'll be richer and I get a place I can make money. Then I'll be to valuable to New Vegas to simply rat on won't I?" It was Degas turn to look at the ceiling. It was a good deal admittedly however jumping on it would be a mistake. Instead he made a show of thinking it over.
"What say you Degas?"
"I say it is a fine deal, lovely," Degas said getting up. He walked around behind the couch and draped himself over the back above her looking very much like a cat. He looked down at her with a polite smile.
"Though words mean little unless written down for history," Degas said remaining where he was.
"You get that girls," Degas called out and from the second floor came a pair of twin digimon. A Sakuyamon and Kuzuhamon one of which was holding a piece of paper and brush.
"Yes Master," the Kuzuhamon said sitting on the steps.
"So now we just have to sign and our contract will be complete," Degas said with a purr. "I'll provide a list of buildings with thick walls that we can turn into auction and keepsake sites."
"Now with business concluded we can truly enjoy ourselves. As a celebration you are more than welcome to enjoy me or one of my personal harem perhaps even both," Degas said with his Cheshire cat eating grin. He got up off the back of the couch with a slight skip to his step.
If she seemed upset about the pair of bodyguards. "My lovely. By all accounts you were quite forceful with my employees as their King they just try to ensure my well being above all others. It would be quite stupid of me to meet with an unknown digimon with out some form of protection or back up. I am only human after all," Degas would smirk.

Rhirhi had a nice bath, and was now rinsing off, she smiled for a moment, thinking about what other preparations Degas had made for her welcome. After rinsing off, she grabbed a Towel and dried herself off, wrapping it around herself for keeping her Private bits Private... For now.
As she reentered the main room, she called out to Degas, "I didn't have a change of clothes, so I might have to be naked for a while." Then she noticed the other three Digimon, and gasped. "Mister Degas, you should have told me you were throwing me a welcoming party, I wouldn't have taken such a leisurely soak if I had known."

"I say it is a fine deal, lovely, though words mean little unless written down for history, You get that girls?" Jesibel watched Degas summon his ladies with a word for word contract of what they had just spoken on. She eyed it with a stale face. "So now we just have to sign and our contract will be complete," Degas said with a purr. "I'll provide a list of buildings with thick walls that we can turn into auction and keepsake sites." Jesibel cracked a smile at the smooth talking master.
"Now with business concluded we can truly enjoy ourselves. As a celebration you are more than welcome to enjoy me or one of my personal harem perhaps even both," Jesibel looked up at him and licked her lips. It was then she heard movement from the staircase and tilted her head to see a toweled Ranamon. She looked on with a stale face.
"I didn't have a change of clothes, so I might have to be naked for a while. Mister Degas, you should have told me you were throwing me a welcoming party, I wouldn't have taken such a leisurely soak if I had known." Jesibel cracked a smile and a chuckle, standing up and put a hand on her hip.
"It seems I have interrupted something, don't worry dear, I was just leaving." Jesibel looked at the contract and snapped her fingers, her name being singed into the paper by some otherworldly power. She turned her head to look back at the draped Degas and began to walk by him towards the exit.
"I'll be waiting for that list dear, and thanks for the drink." She brushed her fingers over Degas's cheek as she headed towards the elevator; collecting her cape as she did so. She got inside and turned looking at him, "As for truly enjoying ourselves, perhaps next time hun. I don't play nice with distracted men. Perhaps, when next you find yourself wanting a true woman, I can come break you a bit." She blew a kiss at Degas just as the doors closed and the numbers reversed, heading down to the lobby.

Degas chuckled at Rhirhi. A welcoming party indeed with so many in this room. He looked to Jesibel as she excused herself. A snap of her fingers leaving behind the smell of singed paper. He watched her move past him her fingers caressing his cheek earning a glimmer in his eye. Oh she was a cunning beast wasn't she. Her teasing words lingering in his ears a moment. The second she was out of sight however he laughed.
"Devilish woman that one," Degas said turning to Rhirhi. "These are the twins Amy and Aria my personal body guards," Degas said his attention all on her now. Aria the Kuzuhamon who had been holding the parchment rolled it up and made it vanish. She knew he had no intention of signing it. He would keep his word but he liked being unbound by contracts. He was a thief and sex addict but he wasn't a liar or a killer.
"Be dears and finish dinner while I help Rhirhi get some clothes," Degas said waving the pair towards the kitchen. "Come with me," Degas said leading her up the stairs.
They went by the next floor one look around and one wouldn't be sure if it was a sex dungeon or a plain torture room. Paddles, whips and blades hanged on one wall. A couple of hammocks hanged from the ceiling and two large beds were pushed together making up a good portion of the room. Dressers were on another wall with large portions for hanging clothes and who knows what in them. The room was all white tiled but for a small portion of the room which had a black rug.
The next floor held a single bed. It was still large but less than half of what was downstairs. A telescope sat at the window with a elegant wooden chair and table with coasters. A silver bird hung over the headboard its wings expanding to wither side and its beak pointing at the ceiling. Nightstands stood on either side of the bed simple and wooden their handles looking not unlike the silver birds in the bathroom. There was no other furnishings but one wall was dedicated to a large closet.
Degas headed for it and swung the door open turning on the light. Inside was a colorful array of clothes. From suits to dresses and swim wear. Degas smiled motioning her in. On either end was a mirror reflecting back at one another so one could see their front and back.
"A hobby of mine really," Degas said fingering the clothes. "I act as a man or woman in sex so I dress as either to fit my mood. Lets the patrons know when they'll get the best bang for their buck," Degas said chuckling.
"Choose whatever you like darling. Amy can magic it to fit," Degas said referring to the Sakuyamon.

Rhirhi smiled as she looked through the closet full of attire. "Hmm... I think this one." She said, taking a hanger off the rack, on the hanger was a Black Sequin Cocktail Dress. "Umm... You wouldn't mind giving me some time to change, would you? I'm a little nervous being naked in front of other people." She said timidly, holding on to the top of the towel to keep it secure. She blushed as she waited for his response, showing just how nervous she was.

"Of course deary. Take your time and pick," Degas said smiling and walking out of the closet. He walked over to the window and sat in his wooden chair. He looked out over the city silently contemplating Jesibel and Rhirhi. He would have to make arrangements for both. Rhirhi needed a place to work and sleep. While he needed to gather a list of solid buildings for Jesibel to do her business. He would have a busy day tomorrow to be sure.
He rested his chin on his fist and his elbow on the table. He frowned and stared at the city lights slowly some would disappear. Nights onset taking them to bed. However it was eternally light out the city glowing with the lights of the casino below. He hummed slightly then smiled. All in good time....

After a little while, Rhirhi came out of the closet, clad in a black, Sequin dress. "Thank you for Waiting." She said to Degas, Smiling in honest delight. "Shall we see if dinner is ready?"
