Mr. Moto-San Needs To Think About Getting Life Insurance

Ztyka and Tifa returned to loud noises and a rotating red light. What the hell was going on? Ztyka looked around worriedly in time to notice a group of people and digimon leaving with a stretcher. What a scary sight. Had one of the other agents got hurt?

"Hiya," Tifa said walking up to the man on the ground. He looked really scared....and he was crying. "It's okay Ichi and his nurses are really good," Tifa said nuzzling his hand.

"Tifa, leave him be," She remembered how she was when her friends and lover died. This man was his partner the one in there?

Tifa backed away with a frown. He was crying though. Shouldn't they try to make him feel better. Her tail gave plaintive thumping wags. Her gaze remaining questioning.

Dasuke didn't react immediately to the small Digimon at his feet. He was stirred only by the repeated thumps of its tail snapping him out of his daze.

"Huh? Wha- I'm sorry. Did you say something?" Dasuke said, wiping his eyes and nose and getting to his feet, wobbling a bit. "It's been a long day. I'm a bit out of it. Who are you?" The question was addressed to both Agent and Digimon.

"Huh? Wha- I'm sorry. Did you say something?" Ztyka was surprised when he finally reacted. To tell truth even she had started to become worried. "It's been a long day. I'm a bit out of it. Who are you?"

"I'm Tifa," the hackmon said her tail picking up pace.

"Ztyka," she responded. "It looks like it for you."

"It'll be okay. Ichi is a really good doctor. Your friend will be fine I'm sure," Tifa said smiling She was glad he was up and talking. He had looked so sad. And still did but at least this way they could help him feel better.

Dasuke shook his head as Tifa reassured him of Doctor Ichi's skills. "Doctor Ichi isn't here. He went with me to rescue Sol. He's that Guilmon that was just rolled away. We got separated. He was fighting....something. A demon it felt like. I don't know where he is...." Dasuke's voice trailed off. He looked back and forth between the two, trying to regain his composure. It suddenly dawned on him that he recognized the digimon standing before him. He'd seen it during his nights studying history. "I don't mean to be rude, but you're a Hackmon, aren't you? I recognize your species from when I studied the Royal Knights lore." Turning to Ztyka, he went on to say "And for you to be paired with such a digimon, you must be quiet the Tamer. Pleased to meet you." He said, attempting to add some normalcy to the situation. He was still shaken up by the ordeal.

"Doctor Ichi isn't here. He went with me to rescue Sol. He's that Guilmon that was just rolled away. We got separated. He was fighting....something. A demon it felt like. I don't know where he is...." A demon? She had to say Ichi was weird but to fight a demon. Then again there was all sorts of digimon around. It wouldn't surprise her too much.

"I don't mean to be rude, but you're a Hackmon, aren't you? I recognize your species from when I studied the Royal Knights lore." Turning to Ztyka, he went on to say "And for you to be paired with such a digimon, you must be quiet the Tamer. Pleased to meet you."

"Yep I'm a hackmon. The one and only," Tifa said her tail wagging.

"Uh, yeah thank you," Ztyka said awkwardly. "So Ichi isn't here? She asked suddenly worried."

"We can go watch Sol. I'm sure Ichi will be back soon," Tifa said her tail wagging. 

"Umm..." Ztyka said then sighed. "Well it wouldn't hurt to check things out. not to mention you don't look to steady just yet."

Dasuke managed to smile at the pair. It was good to see that there were other friendly agents around and not just the cold and callous kind he was used to with Ichi.

"Umm... yeah. You can come with me. I was needing to check on Sol anyway. I guess I could use some company. But he is in really bad shape. Not something that sensitive stomachs can handle. Are you sure about this?" Dasuke asked them. He had to go see his friend with or without them.

"I know we can. Dr. Ichi fixed me up too after all," Tifa said smiling.

"I didn't really watch," Zytka responded but started walking beside Dasuke and Tifa. She'd just look away if it was too much.

"So what's your partner like," Tifa asked her tail wagging.

Dasuke walked slowly towards the exit of the transport hall heading for the Med Bay.

"Well, he's not exactly my partner, Tifa. He's more like a friend. Actually, I can't even call him a friend. He's.....well....it's complicated. I don't really know what he is. I just knew I couldn't let him die," Dasuke tried to explain as they walked. He looked over at Ztyka and gave a weak smile. He wasn't in the best of moods but it felt like someone was looking out for him now.
