Built to rival the size of Earth's moon, it is W.A.D.A.'s main HQ. The D.S.S. Tartarus, or Digital Space Station Tartarus, is a massive floating station orbiting between the Physical World and the Digital World. The Tartarus is the only way to get to the digital world; rookies and Veterans alike find work here in the station. The Tartarus houses the latest in technological advancements. It houses the many W.A.D.A. guilds that go to and fro between the worlds. It is equipped with 3,000,000 transporters that can transport 200 people at a time.
Digimon also use the Tartarus as a way to get from one section of their world to another in seconds or if they plan to visit earth. All together the populace on the station at any given time easily registers 50 million, most being civilian digimon and humans. The Tartarus has no weapons of it's own. It has many rooms that are used for lounging, playing, swimming, bathing and much more. Anything anyone would ever need to live comfortably can be found within it's walls.
