So guilds are W.A.D.A.'s way of sorting it's many members. They are run by Guild Masters (Starter Guilds are NPC) powerful members of W.A.D.A. who has seen many missions in their lifetime. They watch over the members and give annual reports to Ino. To be a guild master and start your very own guild you must be level 85 and undertake the Rite of Passage quest. Within the Guild Halls is an electronic quest board that posts available quests. Each hall is given the same quest requests and when a member decides to accept it, either alone or with a team, then that quest is removed from every board. The quest will go to whomever was quicker to ask for it, in the event two guilds ask for the same quest. This does not mean you can't participate, but in order to join them you'll need to free roam and ask permission from the quest taker. Information regarding any quest will be posted on the quest itself. The rewards of the quest will depend on the quest itself but it will always give experience and money. Certain quests also give items such as chips and weapons. The experience will not be split among members who undertook it so don't be afraid to party up!
Special quests such as main plot quests will be marked to say so and anyone from any guild can join it and it will not be taken off until the quest is completed. Character development quests are unique to the player who will be undertaking it and will take it solo, with exceptions at their discretion. These quests will only appear on the board of the player to whom it belongs. We the admins will support them in this quest of theirs and play any character they might need. Another quest type is Guild Quests these are specifically dictated to your guild and your guild alone. They will not appear on any other guilds quest board.
The quest legend is Gold for Plot, Blue for Guild, and Red for player.
To accept a quest you must talk to the Missions Desk in the Transport Deck forum. You will tell her the quest name and all participating members then she will send you all on your way once all members are present and accounted for. To gain the quest experience you must must must return to the Missions Deck and claim it!
NOTE: NPC levels for quests are generated at random within the level parameters we set. For Baby quests the parameter will be from 1 to 5, Baby II will be 5 to 10 and Child will be 10 to 29. Adult will use the full use of the parameters for Baby, Baby II and Child levels.
To you Solo digimon and tamers\humans, through out your time of traveling doing whatever it is you'll be doing, in the event you do anything terrible enough you can be considered marked. As a mark your apprehension will become a quest posted on the Electronic board in the guilds. Every successful escape or victory against the pursuing agent(s) will increase your mark's reward. You'll start as a Mark E which is a mere nuisance to a Mark SS which a legitimate threat to the stability of life. Depending on the reward will determine your mark. Mark's are different then quests because they involve actual players. Also, unlike quests which are given locations marks will not. They will simply give the last location you were found. It will update every time a player or W.A.D.A. NPC reports your characters movements. Updates are given to the Missions Desk in the Transport Deck. Your reward will increase by a fixed count of 250 units.
Mark's are determined by the following Legend, with the base reward for each:
Mark E- Reward 50 units.
Mark D- Reward 800 units.
Mark C- Reward 3,050 units.
Mark B- Reward 5,300 units.
Mark A- Reward 7,550 units.
Mark S- Reward 10,050 units.
Mark SS- Reward 14,800 units.
Once you reach Rank SS your reward will still continue to go up without your rank. It will rise to the highest of 299,800 units. If a Mark is apprehended their Mark will reset. Don't worry. You'll all be given a chance to escape, you can wait to be rescued by your shadow guild, another wandering player, or you can bribe the agents stationed near the prison to see you safely back to wherever it is you'd like to go. Don't have enough money to bribe? No friends wanna bail ya out? Not a member of the Shadow Guilds? I hear the guards do loans. Just pay them the money when you get it! Their payment will automatically be deducted from your stash when you make enough.
Shadow Guilds are the guys on the opposite side of the spectrum. Your quests will slightly differ from the light guilds. Your going to be making headaches for W.A.D.A. although you can make your own Shadow Guild the main one is Snatchmon's Imperium. This is the plot shadow guild and will have plot quests that you may undertake. Your plot will be either before or after the plot posted for the light guilds it's completion will not effect either boards plot quest as they will fall on different times. In this case neither may enter the other's plot topic. When your plot aligns with the light guild it will say so and if at any point that aligned plot is completed by W.A.D.A. it will disappear from your board even if no one takes it. If you do take it then things get interesting! The plot will advance differently depending on which side comes out the victor!
A maximum of 300,000 units (W.A.D.A. currency) will be stored in the D.I.G. itself. You may store up to 3,000,000 units in the Bank. You can use the units for anything you like. The units any player owns will be moderated by the staff and updated in their bios. If you would like to keep track yourself then you can do so in your signature. Any questions or concerns please contact and admin.
