The Noblemen's district was very beautiful, it looked as if Theos was no longer in a city in the middle of a vast desert. It had paved paths and flowers everywhere, the buildings were even more massive the the ones in the main part of the city and here the Palace and all it's glory was in clean view. Blake had been walking, explaining the different sights in the Noblemen area and how it was always so beautiful no matter the time of day. "Here is my home." The home, as Blake called it, was gargantuan up close. It had to be to fit someone of Lord Kilgath's size, "Shall we?" Blake was the first through the door and inside was probably the finest home Theos would ever see. Most of the home was made with digizoid of various colors, the lighting fixtures were affixed with diamonds and were scattered through the halls. Their was a massive staircase that looked impossible to climb, and the dining area which could be seen from the foyer of where they stood, could fit half the residential district of Bai Hu. The furniture was massive and the wood it was carved from was beautiful. "My father should be in the Den around back. Pretty isn't it?" Blake said. He would walk around the back and make it to the den where inside sat the massive Perfect digimon, Lord Kilgath the Master Tyrannomon, Blake's father and kingpin of the fight club. He sat in his massive throne like chair eating a slab of rare meat, "Father...I brought Theos the Kid." Blake said. Kilgath finished taking a mighty bite out of his meat and eyed the child. "Hmm.....Yes, this is indeed The Kid as you named him. I was somewhat disappointed with his performance, the Theowmon of thirteen years ago conquered my arena with relative ease." He laughed, "But you are still a hatchling after all." He seemed jolly for such an intimidating digimon. "So, my son said you wished to see me? You have earned the right by earning my son's respect. You are welcomed in my home, perhaps you should see a medic before we speak? I will have my chefs prepare dinner." Lord Kilgath said. Dantelion

Theos looked around in wonder. This place was more beautiful than any he had seen. his aches were not forgotten but he trotted around light hearted, Stopping here and there to look at particularly beautiful flowers or buildings. He really liked the flowers called bluebells they were simple and pretty. "Here is my home." Theos was pretty sure it could match a small mountain in size, "Shall we?" Theos nodded and followed Blake in. Everything shimmered with polish. It was like what he would imagine a palace to be like. Though this wasn't a palace so now he had no idea how to imagine a palace. It was just too big. He was sure it echoed. "My father should be in the Den around back. Pretty isn't it?"
"Very," Theos breathed as he followed Blake around. His father was huge. Not in a bad way of course but his giant size made Theos look like he could be his toothpick in comparison. "Father...I brought Theos the Kid." Theos stood under his scrutinizing eye. He couldn't say he was afraid but he could say he knew his place in comparison. "Hmm.....Yes, this is indeed The Kid as you named him. I was somewhat disappointed with his performance, the Theowmon of thirteen years ago conquered my arena with relative ease." He laughed, "But you are still a hatchling after all." His billowing and hardy laugh put him at ease. "So, my son said you wished to see me? You have earned the right by earning my son's respect. You are welcomed in my home, perhaps you should see a medic before we speak? I will have my chefs prepare dinner." Lord Kilgath said.
"Thank you Lord Kilgath," Theos said giving a slight bow of his head. "I think a medic is a fine idea. Though I can't wait to speak with you," Theos said his tail wagged.

Lord Kilgath pulled back in his chair and bellowed a very strong roar that echoed through the home and shook it, Blake had knelt down and covered Theos ears in that instant. Afterwards, Blake picked at his own ears checking for non-existent blood "We really need to get a better way to call the staff." He said. After a moment, the heads of the staff showed up in the den "See to it that the hatchling is treated with care, his wounds are fresh and needs treatment before they're infected. Also, prepare dinner. Dismissed." The heads of staff left except for the medic; a Lilimon who instead waved Theos to follow her. "Olga will see to your wounds, just follow after her. Once you're treated you can meet us in the dining hall." Blake said. Olga, the head medic, would walk with Theos through the massive home and down a seemingly never ending hallway. She brought him into an all white room that had high end medical equipment, on par with any hospital. Blake being a fighter must need the best care so it was of no surprise. The first thing Olga did was examine Theo's gashes and cuts, she would use disinfectant warning that it would sting and then proceeded to clean the wounds. The deep wounds she would use a numbing spray and stitch them closed, once those had been properly treated, she applied a cooling cream to the burns Theos had endured. It would not only cool the burning pain but repair the skin. Before long, it would be forgotten he even had burns in the first place. Olga left the wounded leg for last, treating Grey's bite mark the same way as any of his other gashes. She moved the leg in different directions, testing for loss in mobility, she smiled and looked at Theos "The bite did not damage the bone, the muscles will heal and you'll make a full recovery, possibly by morning, it will just hurt like hell if you put pressure on it." She threw away her gloves and washed her hands, "You're all patched up, enjoy your time here Mr. Kid." She said.
As Theos would make his way out and into the big hallway, the smells of various foods reached his nostrils. Seducing his stomach and giving him a sense of direction in this massive home. It would lead him to the dining area where Kilgath and Blake were waiting with food from one end of the table to the other. So much food on this whole table would feed the city of Bai Hu for weeks. "Ah, Theos welcome, grab a chair and help yourself. Our chefs are five stars. How are you feeling now?" Blake asked. Kilgath was scarfing down plate after plate, Blake nervously laughed "My dad will eat it all if you don't hurry." Blake said. It made sense why there was so much food, a Digimon like Kilgath must have need twice if nor more in his weight in food. "I promise to leave you some!" Kilgath laughed as bits of food flew from within, "Now Theos, what was so urgent that you had to jump through hoops to meet with me? I will be as of much help as I can." Kilgath said, resuming his eating.

Theos ears went back at the noise. Blake covering them earning a thankful glance from Theos, "We really need to get a better way to call the staff." Theos smiled, "I'd recommend a gong." Theos replied to Blake. "See to it that the hatchling is treated with care, his wounds are fresh and needs treatment before they're infected. Also, prepare dinner. Dismissed." Theos looked to the Lilimon that remained. She was very pretty. "Olga will see to your wounds, just follow after her. Once you're treated you can meet us in the dining hall." Theos nodded with a smile, "Thanks." Theos followed her slowly to look at the decor. Eventually they made it to a very sterile room. He looked around as she inspected him. He had to wonder how often it was used. Theos winced as she did her work. She was fast and precise, the practice from no doubt countless injuries of Blakes. He was slowly starting to feel better. Though also parts of his body felt numb so he would see how he felt after it wore off. "The bite did not damage the bone, the muscles will heal and you'll make a full recovery, possibly by morning, it will just hurt like hell if you put pressure on it." Theos was grateful to her. "You're all patched up, enjoy your time here Mr. Kid." She said.
"Thank you," he responded. His tail wagging as he made his way for the door.
The smell of food permeated the house. His mouth watered slightly at the smell. All that fighting had worked up an appetite. He followed the smell at a gentle lope until he walked into a large dining hall. Theos was amazed at the sheer amount of food on the table. There was dozens of different types. He walked around to sit opposing to Blake. "Ah, Theos welcome, grab a chair and help yourself. Our chefs are five stars. How are you feeling now?"
"Much better, Olga is very skilled," Theos replied looking about the table to see where he should start first. A bowl of greens standing out. Theos looked up to Kilgath as he grabbed another plate. "My dad will eat it all if you don't hurry." Theos chuckled in response. "I promise to leave you some!" Kilgath laughed and Theos grabbed his plate from the table. Smelling at the meat before biting into the greens surrounding it, "Now Theos, what was so urgent that you had to jump through hoops to meet with me? I will be as of much help as I can." Theos took a few bites before responding making sure his mouth was empty.
"You mentioned one of my kind thirteen years ago. Midas was his name....he's my father," Theos responded. "I'm looking for him and my mother. We've never met," Theos explained and then took another bite.

Kilgath seemed surprised by this revelation, "You are Mida's hatchling!?" He looked at Theos with a more critical eye, "Hmm.....you two couldn't be anymore different in your demeanor though my meeting with him was short. He was very proud, and his skill in my arena was unmatched. He became champion the very night I met him. Blake was only allowed in the junior league then, but I doubt even he could take on Midas. I offered him the position as my personal champion and I was going to pay Midas very well. He would have wanted for nothing, but he turned me down. Midas said that he and his wife, your mother, Belle would only be in town a short while and that he only played my game so that I could grant him access to the inner sanctum of the city. He wanted me to get him into the Palace to see our King. It was a ludicrous request given the time of night, it would be difficult during the day alone." Kilgath grabbed another plate and began to eat, "I remember that digimon faintly....Midas greeted me during his meeting with father. I was just a boy then, he said something to me...it was...I hope you can be friends with my son one day." Blake said trying to remember the night in question. "Your father somehow knew you'd travel through to this city. I didn't remember it until now!" Kilgath had finished his plate and looked at Theos, "Midas said it was urgent he see our King, he'd do anything at all to ensure I granted his request. His passionate feelings were stronger then even his fighting skill. I called in some favors and got him an emergency audience with the King of Corraggio. I don't know what happened after that, we never met again." Kilgath scratched an itch on his plump belly and thought a moment, "I suppose the only one who could help you now is the King himself." Kilgath stated. Blake finished eating some meat himself and looked at Theos, "Getting an audience with the King is not only difficult but a great and wondrous honor and privilege. I have met the King only at the Palace balls. I'm not one for dancing and socializing with nobles so I haven't attended in some time." Blake said.
"Chef! Bring out the wine!" Kilgath ordered, his staff doing as instructed, "Would you like anything to drink Theos?" Kilgath asked. Blake looked at his father, "Perhaps some wine for Theos, we shared a drink this morning! He's been broken in, you should have seen him father, after one bottle he was out like a light." Blake laughed. "Reminds me of you when you had your first taste. Though you did run through the noble plaza naked screaming all sorts of nonsense during your influence." Kilgath laughed and Blake became beet red. "Don't embarrass me!" Blake said slamming the table. "I'm your father, it's my job to embarrass you in front of your friends! Ha ha ha!" Kilgath took a sip of his massive wine glass, "If you want some wine, help yourself Theos, otherwise my chef is at your disposal." Kilgath said.

"You are Mida's hatchling!?" His surprise made Theos look at him questioningly, "Hmm.....you two couldn't be anymore different in your demeanor though my meeting with him was short. He was very proud, and his skill in my arena was unmatched. He became champion the very night I met him. Blake was only allowed in the junior league then, but I doubt even he could take on Midas. He wanted me to get him into the Palace to see our King. It was a ludicrous request given the time of night, it would be difficult during the day alone." He must take more after his mother then. He wondered why the need to see the king however, "I remember that digimon faintly....Midas greeted me during his meeting with father. I was just a boy then, he said something to me...it was...I hope you can be friends with my son one day." To have predicted such a thing...he must be very intelligent. "Your father somehow knew you'd travel through to this city. I didn't remember it until now!" Theos had to wonder if he was possibly following in his parents footsteps, "Midas said it was urgent he see our King, he'd do anything at all to ensure I granted his request. His passionate feelings were stronger then even his fighting skill. I called in some favors and got him an emergency audience with the King of Corraggio. I don't know what happened after that, we never met again." To see a king....things were just escalating higher and higher it seemed. How could he earn the right to see a king? Would he agree if he knew he was Mida's son? "I suppose the only one who could help you now is the King himself." Theos nodded, "Getting an audience with the King is not only difficult but a great and wondrous honor and privilege. I have met the King only at the Palace balls. I'm not one for dancing and socializing with nobles so I haven't attended in some time." A ball? He imagined a giant round toy big enough to fit everyone.....well that is a place to meet and dance. Though how they wouldn't roll around and bump into one another was beyond him.
"Chef! Bring out the wine!" Wine? "Would you like anything to drink Theos?" Kilgath asked. Blake looked at his father, "Perhaps some wine for Theos, we shared a drink this morning! He's been broken in, you should have seen him father, after one bottle he was out like a light." Theos blushed at the memory. He couldn't handle it at all...again it would be rude to refuse. He didn't look forward to the burning sensation again. "Reminds me of you when you had your first taste. Though you did run through the noble plaza naked screaming all sorts of nonsense during your influence." Blake running around naked? Theos smiled at the thought. "Don't embarrass me!" Blake said slamming the table. "I'm your father, it's my job to embarrass you in front of your friends! Ha ha ha!" Theos chuckled with him at Blakes reaction. They had such a good relationship. He couldn't wait to meet his father and possibly become like that, "If you want some wine, help yourself Theos, otherwise my chef is at your disposal." Kilgath said.
Theos took a glass of wine and sniffed it. It didn't smell nearly as strong as the other stuff. He took a sip. It didn't burn either. That was a relief though it had a faintly similar after taste. The fruity flavor was a bonus in his book though.
"Well, I'm not going to try and see the king tonight but do you think he will see me with just the mention of Midas as my dad," Theos questioned. He honestly had no idea what to do now. Push comes to shove he could try sticking around for a ball. Hopefully though since it was so urgent maybe he would at least send Theos a letter or something divulging what they spoke of.

Kilgath began to shake his head and wave his claws in protest while he swallowed his wine, "No no no lad, please let me see what I can do! You have done more then enough as is and your father is a respectable man. It will be a sign of my gratitude, as I said earlier, I will help the best I can." Kilgath poured himself another glass and took a sip. He clapped his hands and the butler walked in, "Henry, see to it that our guest room is prepared for Theos. I want him comfortable tonight!" Kilgath ordered, the butler bowed and made his way out of the dining room. Kilgath took quite a bit of food, the contents of the table had gravely diminished due to his hefty appetite. "I am sure you have never slept in a room quite like the one Henry is preparing for you, it's made to fit our species so I'm sure it will be like....um...what was that film from the human world....Alice in Wonderland? The humans have such strange entertainment." Blake said, "Yes yes, I spend quite a lot of money on human paraphernalia you know. It's rare to find things in working condition after the war nearly destroyed their world." Kilgath added. "Yea, well, in any case the human girl in the film drinks a magic potion that shrinks her to the size of a grain of sand. That is the analogy I'm trying to make. You'll see." Blake added. "Yes, it comes equipped with bath utilities though with your mini size, it might as well be a pool." Kilgath said. "My father will get you to see the King, he still has a lot of pull in the council. Don't you worry about a thing." Blake said, taking another drink of his wine.

"Thank you," Theos responded with the same words it felt like he had said a hundred times that day.

It did sound wondrous. However he couldn't stay. He had imposed enough upon them as was. "I'm sorry. Henry doesn't have to prepare the room. I've already imposed so much. I'm sure my mate is worried as well. I really should return to him before it gets too late." He knew Kemba was probably worried despite his assurances that day.

Blake still didn't seem to understand, "I'm sure Sugar Boy can survive one night without his best friend." He said. "Blake you idiot, not mate as in friend, mate as in lover." Kilgath said, Blake seemed really embarrassed and turned red, "Oh....oh...well...um...yea....uh....wow....sorry? Didn't know, you were like that." Blake said scratching the back of his head. "I understand Theos, go and be with him then. Tell him about today and share your experience I will send for you in the morning. Do you need an escort back?" Kilgath asked. Blake spoke up, "I can if you want....I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to things like that.....now I feel obligated to make it up to you two. You must have hated me in the ring last night. I never would have let him fight had I known you two were a thing...not a place for lovers to see the other get beat down....though this is the first time I've seen two males be lovers...didn't know that was even possible. My bad, how does that work exactly?" Blake asked. "Blake, shut up....do not pry into their private affairs. We don't pry into yours." Blake began to make a defensive gesture and Kilgath intervened, "Don't even try it, I'm big not deaf. I have heard you over the years in your room with others. If you make me a grandfather of more then one nest, I'll ground you into dust!" Kilgath said, then laughed. Blake sagged into his chair at his fathers embarrassing words, "I hope you two are happy together." Kilgath said, "You can tell him that I respect his courage in the ring." Kilgath added.

"I'm sure Sugar Boy can survive one night without his best friend." He said. "Blake you idiot, not mate as in friend, mate as in lover." Theos chuckled at his embarrassment, "Oh....oh...well...um...yea....uh....wow....sorry? Didn't know, you were like that." Theos doubted it was common place. "I understand Theos, go and be with him then. Tell him about today and share your experience I will send for you in the morning. Do you need an escort back?" Theos was about to answer, "I can if you want....I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to things like that.....now I feel obligated to make it up to you two. Blake began to make a defensive gesture and Kilgath intervened, "Don't even try it, I'm big not deaf. I have heard you over the years in your room with others. Kilgath said, "You can tell him that I respect his courage in the ring." Kilgath added.
"I will," Theos responded. "And admittedly I do not know the streets well. Would you mind Blake," Theos questioned. He would smile and say his goodbyes before long. His hooves tapping against the ground as he made his way back with his guide.

Blake had lead Theos out of his house and headed towards the Small Town. The sun had set by now and the moon was high in the sky with many stars, there was a cool relaxing breeze through the town. One would forget they were still in the desert, "Midas....he was a strong digimon not just in battle and heart but appearance, I remember his posture clearly. It's what stood out to me the most, it reminded me a lot of the nobles here in this very city. Are all males that dominant and regal looking when they come of age?" Blake said opening the gate leading into the Bazaar, which was entirely abandoned at this point. "I never got to see your mother but I can assume she had a similar grace to her, you aren't nobility are you Theos? Do Theowmon even have a hierarchy?" Blake questioned as they walked through the abandon bazaar, just one light was on. It was the information broker, still working it seemed. The light from her home though was not natural and it was purple in hue. One can only wonder what was happening in there.

Do Theowmon even have a hierarchy?"
"I don't think so. I mean...they do seem to abandon their children it seems. So I don't think they roam in packs or anything," Theos responded as he walked beside him. "Honestly I don't know a lot about my own species. I only just recently learned my parents names. Its a strange feeling knowing you have them but never having met them. I've met a lot of other digimon though. Most of them really kind. Including you," Theos said with a smiled.

Blake returned the smile, "Of course I'm kind! We're mate...eh...buds!" Blake said nervously laughing. "I bet you had this notion of the fighters in that fight club as muscled air heads with no concept of respect or honor. Well, you're right...most of the guys who challenge that arena have none. That's why I'm still champion, I can't lose to people who degrade others. I won't let my dad's work be tainted by self-righteous pricks....eh...excuse my language." Blake said, they were making their way towards Small Town now. "So, you're really staying in Small Town? Seems like a quiet place, haven't really been in this part of town before." Blake said as they approached the inn. "Guess this is you huh?" Blake said. "Nice place, I'll come get you in the morning. Have a good night Theos. Sugar B--...Kemba to." Blake said, He'd wave as they parted ways.

"Of course I'm kind! We're mate...eh...buds!" Theos chuckled. He guessed he had to get use to the other meaning. "I bet you had this notion of the fighters in that fight club as muscled air heads with no concept of respect or honor. Well, you're right...most of the guys who challenge that arena have none. Theos had to admit that was exactly his first thought. "So, you're really staying in Small Town? Seems like a quiet place, haven't really been in this part of town before." Theos liked it. It was simple and nice. "Guess this is you huh?" Blake said. "Nice place, I'll come get you in the morning. Have a good night Theos. Sugar B--...Kemba to."
"We will and you too blake," Theos said waving bye before heading in. A sigh of relief passing his lips at being able to relax and go to bed once he relayed everything to Kemba.

"That was quite the month you had. I almost wish I was a part of it, though I don't know if I could honestly fall in love with my best friend even under those circumstances. I wonder if it's because Kemba was very lonely, you were there to fill him with feelings he was not accustomed to. Thanks for sharing it with me." Blake walked into the mansion and called out for his father, suddenly the ground rumbled as Kilgath turned the corner to the foyer. "Welcome back Theos, I'm certain my son filled you in. We haven't much time so let's quickly go over the etiquette. When you enter the castle, as a visitor it is customary to bring a gift and never make eye contact with anyone there. You'll be taken to the throne room where the king waits, you will bow in respect and wait for him to tell you to stand. You may refer to him as my king, or my liege, or his grace. Speak only when spoken to and be respectful at all times. Understand? Do you have anything to give?" Kilgath asked. "Oops....I forgot to tell him to bring something!" Blake said. Kilgath sighed and shook his head, he looked around and found a gold vase, "Here, this should suffice." It was much larger then Theos. "Dad, how do you expect him to lug this thing around? I can't even do it!" Blake said. "You're right....curses....hmm" Kilgath reached for the vase and chipped it, a plate of gold fell to the floor. "That should be more fitting then. Do you have any questions?" Kilgath asked.
