When Rae walked into the room, she knew she was in the right place based on how wrong she felt about being there. The lights were humming, but other than that, there was almost no sound, save for some distant yelling. There were some agents and guards around, however. She meandered over, putting a smile on. "Hi, I'm Agent Rae. I'm looking for Agent Alexander - has anyone seen him?"

An Agent came out of a back room labelled "Surveillance" and walked over to Rae.
"Hello. I am the most embarrassed Agent Alexander. Thank you for responding to my request, Agent Rae." Alexander reached out to shake Rae's hand. "You know, for a penguin, Lucas can run pretty damn fast when he's scared. He's more like a big chicken!" Alexander said, forcing a wry chuckle. He then cleared his throat. "Sorry. So, let me brief you, follow me." Alexander led Rae into the Surveillance room to show her the cameras. Once Rae was in, he would continue.
"So there has been a change in location since I posted that request. Lucas was last seen in the human wing, but recent video shows that he ran into the maintenance wing. There cameras in there, ironically, are down for repairs. They haven't been fixed immediately because inmates can't get there so there was no rush. But now it's become a problem for us. If you could please start your search there, and I will patrol the corridors here in the Human wing, to see what we can find by covering more ground. What do you say?"

"Oh, hello - yes, nice to meet you," she said, returning his hand shake and giving him a half laugh for his attempt at a joke. She followed him through the doorway, leaning against the door frame as he briefed her on the situation.
"So... he could be anywhere, is what you're telling me?" she asked, starting to realize that a simple starter mission just turned into the biggest game of hide-and-seek she'd ever played. She gave a sigh and crossed her arms, thinking. "That seems a good enough plan, I suppose.. Does he have a favorite kind of treat? As his partner, I'd think you'd carry it. I was thinking of leaving some around - maybe coaxing him into going to certain areas or even making a bread crumb trail of some kind," she said, pulling some of her long hair over her shoulder. "If not, I hope the place is dirty. I'm good at tracking. If not - do you have a map of this place? I'm really new here and would like to check rooms off as I go so I don't miss anything," she added.

Alexander shook his head. "Unfortunately, I don't have any food for him. We usually just hit up vending machines here or help ourselves to the buffet back at the Eternal Storm Guild Hall. In any case, your D.I.G. already has a built in map of the entire facility. Let me show you how to pull it up." Alexander would extend a hand for Rae's D.I.G., press a few buttons on it, explaining himself along the way, and then returning it to her. "There you go. Now you can keep track of where you've been. As for cleanliness, I'd like to think the sanitation team does their job, but let's face it. Dust happens. Maybe you'll get lucky. Anything more I can do for you?" Alexander asked.

Rae made a very legitimate effort not to show her annoyance or disappointment on her face. She thought she'd at least get a little help in finding the little guy. But she wasn't raised a quitter. She'd just do it the hard way. "Ah, I see," she said, keeping her tone nonchalant. "Thanks for pulling up the map for me. I suppose I better be going - there's...a lot of ground to cover." She offered him a smile, shaking her head. "No, Agent Alexander, I don't believe there is. Though, if I have any updates on that, I'll be sure to let you know," she giggled, tapping her D.I.G. She shifted her staff on her back before heading for the door. "Any advice in catching your friend? Or should I just wander the halls, calling for him?"

Alexander gave a sort of half shrug to indicate that he was sad he couldn't help her with the tracking.
"Well, as lame as it sounds, wandering and shouting is exactly all that can be done at this point. Just keep using my name. He'll come out eventually. Oh! Come to think of it, there's a traveling circus that's been going around the Digital World. He's been dying to go, but our Field Agent status restricts us to only go to Silva when we leave the Tartarus. If you tell him that the circus will be in Silva and I have tickets, he'll be that much more likely to show himself. Now if you'll excuse me. I have to figure out how to make a circus appear." With that, if Rae did not any more questions, Alexander would pick up a desk phone and start making calls.

Rae nodded and gave a small wave goodbye as she headed for the door and down the hall, pulling up the map again as she went. "A circus? ...Been a long time since I've seen a circus, myself," she murmured to herself as she wandered into the main area, where she'd start her search. "Luuuuucas~," she singsonged, turning her head from side to side. There were so many hallways, she didn't know where to start. "Maybe there's an intercom system,' she thought, walking over to what appeared to be an empty main desk. "Lucas, I'm Rae - a friend of Alexander's! He's looking for you!" she called again, looking around the desk for a mic of some kind.

Despite her efforts, Rae would find no such microphone or other communication devices. However, a sudden crashing sound in the distance would catch her attention. Should she look up from the desk, she would see two hallways that led in opposite directions. On the ground in the hallway on her left, she would see two red feathers that match the color scheme of a Muchomon. To the right, she would hear the crashing sound again, and a muffled voice. Calling for help, maybe? Should she ignore both and go a different path, there was a third hallway across the room that had no unique markers on it, but had a flickering light bulb.
