Fenrir's Office

Rin would approach and knock on the door short of anyone stopping her. Considering the sounds she was pretty sure she was hearing, she suspected he wasn't very busy at the moment. Hopefully he wouldn't be too cross with how late she was. There was only one way to find out.

Fenrir was deep in a dream so the knocks he did not here. Instead his partner Hiryu did and without breaking his meditative state spoke. "Enter in. Miss Rin." He said. Then the door opened without anyone having to touch it letting Rin inside. "We have been waiting for you. Young swordswoman." Hiryu spoke.

"Sorry I'm running so late. There were circumstances beyond my control." She paused, then crossed the threshold of the door. "I doubt you wish to hear my excuses however."

Rin glanced to the sleeping guild master. "Should I wake him, or...?" She glanced to the digimon questioningly.

Hiryu spoke to Rin saying: "Never mind that." He then looked to Fenrir "Fenrir, Rin has arrived." He said. "Hm? Rin?" He stirred removing the paper from his face and returning to a proper seated position. "Rin, the young swordswoman. She has arrived. The one who has a unique spirit." Hiryu reminded him. Fenrir suddenly jumped up "OH! THAT Rin! Yes yes I remember now! I was excited to gain a potential Hybrid! Let me have a look at ya!!" Fenrir moved out from behind his desk, circling Rin. "Hm. Yes you are quite the woman. Strong. Very strong." He said. "Fenrir has a gift for sensing the strength of one's potential. He sees great things for you Rin." Hiryu said. "Yes yes yes. Okay! So, you probably haven't the slightest clue as to what a hybrid is do you? I could answer any questions you might have or if you'd like I can send you on your way to take the test that will determine your spirit element." Fenrir asked. By this time he was in front of his desk leaning against it crossing his arms.

Rin didn't seem too bothered when Fenrir circled her. She waited for him to finish before replying.

"A general synopsis would be appreciated. People have been frustratingly vague with me about all of this. If you think I will get more out of the test however, I'd be happy to just go off and do that." She smiled. "I am thrilled for the opportunity offered by you and your guild either way. Thank you."

Fenrir smiled "Alright Rin. That I can do." Fenrir took a moment to gather what he was going to say. "Now, I am not sure about the actual contents of the trial but the Guardian of the temple whomever that may be will give you a life or death test. If you pass this exam, you will receive power unlike any in this universe! A power specifically unique to you. One that can never be duplicated. Now, it is entirely your choice to undergo this test, had I not believed you can pass I would not be telling you all this." Fenrir said. Hiryu looked at Rin "If in fact you accept this challenge...report to the transporter and make way to the Qing Lo, from there traverse to the Temple of Elements. Inside is where the guardian will await you." Hiryu said. "I know you will be fine Rin! I'm almost never wrong about a person's potential!" Fenrir added.

"Your confidence in me is greatly appreciated, as is the information. I prefer not to go into a situation completely blind." She offered a quick smile. "I will make my way to the Temple of Elements, and see where things go from there."

The young woman bowed politely, before straightening up and grinning. "I will do my best to make it through in tact, if you will excuse me."

She made a vague gesture of no real significance other then to indicate that she would take her leave unless she needed to remain any longer.

"Good luck Rin. I doubt you need it though." Fenrir gestured a thumbs up towards Rin. "You are dismissed. Godspeed." Hiryu added.

Ty would slide to a stop at the door and start knocking on it. "Um this is the office of guild master Fenrir correct?"

The door opened up and Fenrir motioned Ty to enter. Hiryu was sitting in his usual spot, meditating. He came out of his meditative state to eye Ty. "I see. Another like Aleron." Hiryu said. "An Anima. Dr. Ichi is quite busy of late. Tycarnus Rokudo is it? We've been expecting you. Please come in, come in." Fenrir gave a cheerful laugh. "It's not everyday I get to see two Anima let alone have them join my guild! I'm sure you have mixed emotions about leaving the Anima den for the first time." Fenrir stated. "How do you feel?" Hiryu added. He wanted to make sure that Ty would feel comfortable now that he was facing the world for the first time.

Ty look at Fenrir obviously going through a mix of fear anxiety and excitement.
"Well truth fully I'm scared and excited and a little sad I know I probably won't see my family again but with luck maybe another from my family will join the guild."
He laughed awkwardly scratching his head his tail and ears twitching showing he still had his surroundings in mind but he had no idea what to say next.

Fenrir laughed. "Yes! You can only hope! I do want you to know though, we already have one of your kind as a member here in Twilight Dragon! His name is Aleron, though he is out on a quest right now. Speaking of which, I should probably give you the welcome speech!" Fenrir said. Hiryu sighed and spoke up, "There is no dedicated speech, just your duties as a Twilight Dragon guild member. Your first duty is to stay alive. We don't bury our family in this guild for heroism. If things look to bleak and out of your ability, you retreat back to the guild understood?" Hiryu said. Fenrir nodded in agreement, "Yes. Staying alive is what is most important to me. Your second duty is to protect the real world and digital world by accepting quests from the the quest board. This is how you will make your living after all!" Fenrir came from around his desk and stood in front of it, "Your third and final duty is to have fun! We're all living creatures here and our life cannot solely consist of questing! Take time off when you need it and rest up. Now that all of that is said and done!" Fenrir walked over to Ty and held out his hand. "Welcome to Twilight Dragon!"

Ty smiled at Fenrir as he bowed slightly. "Thank you sirs I will keep all of that in mind and I can't wait to meet my fellow anima. My only question now is can I get right to work?" He stood straight and smiled obviously excited to be going into the real world and digital world. He would finally feel some freedom.
