The large room is separated into two parts. On the right side of the room it looks like an organized office space with a large desk, many drawers, filing cabinets and a computer. On the left it looks like a comfortable lounge with a long coffee table, two couches that sit parallel to each other, and two cushioned chairs that as well sit parallel to each other all surrounding the coffee table. There are fancy paintings hanging up all around on the walls in golden framing. At the back of the room is a massive TV screen. Each side of the room is separated by tiled floor on the right side, and comfortable carpet on the left side both just stopping at the middle of the room. A grand chandelier hangs from the ceiling lighting up the entire room.

X was running as fast as he could. When he noticed almost too late someone was in front of him. So he stopped hard making a loud stopping sound. He almost crashed into the person but he pushed his weight to one side to avoid her. He fell a little ways in front of her. He sat up and scratched his head. "Sorry not used to crowded places I should learn to slow down." He then noticed she was a girl and started looking for a way to escape and disappear. X was awkward around human girls so he preferred to try and avoid them when he could. He had no idea why he was like that around human girls. But right now he didn't worry about that he just wanted to disappear.

Jade turned and left out a small shriek when she saw a strange young man charging at her. He dodged at the last second and fell on the floor behind her. She would have easily been able to defend herself against an invasion of her space, but maiming a fellow agent on her first day didn't seem like such a good plan.
"You really need to watch where you're going kid! You could hurt someone. Now, then. Are you here for the guild master too? Clockmon said there was another new person. Let's go in together, then." With that, Jade knocked on the door to the Guild Master's office. "I'm Young, by the way. Jade Young." Jade said. She then fell silent and waited for her knock to be heard.

The door opened to Mavus' office and Jacques was standing in the doorway. "Ah, two this time? Please. Come in come in." Jacques kind voice betrayed his intimidating figure. "Don't be shy. The guild master is just finishing up." He said stepping to the side. "Jacques? Two more recruits?" Mavus called as he paused his conversation with Ronin. "Yes Guild Master. The memo said you'd be receiving a young girl named Jade and young man named X." Jacques said. Mavus clasped his hands together and smiled at the two as they would make their way inside. "Ah. Yea. I remember now. Hello Agent Jade, Agent X. Welcome to my guild Eternal Storm." Mavus said.

X looked at the man who opened the door and gave a surprised look. As he made his way into the room he tried to go over to the side a ways to put space between him and everyone else. He then started to talk stuttering at first. "H-h-hello Sir I'm X." He looked around the room taking it in then looked at Mavus again. Waiting for his first orders not knowing what to expect just yet. He was also obviously tense looking like a trapped animal. He kept his eyes on Mavus anyway though trying to ignore everything else.

Jade looked around the room and nodded to the agent already present, and thanked Jacques for opening the door. She saw X scurry off to the side of the room and rolled her eyes. She could sense his weakness and wanted nothing to do with him. She just wanted to get this over with and begin her adventure. She was excited to see the digital world.
"Hello, Guild Master. I'm Jade Young. I believe you know my parents, Mark and Heidi Young. They are both agents of yours. They sent me here to follow in their footsteps and be a member of Eternal Storm. However, I would be more interested in joining the partner-class ranks, instead of going on my own like they did." Jade explained. She turned to the other agent who came in with her and quickly looked back at the Guild Master and his Regulumon partner and smiled.

Mavus from his desk; hands clasped together, analyzed the two agents before him before speaking. "Yes, Jade I know of you. Both of you actually. I got the email from my superior about you both and the class to which you both belong." Mavus said. He released his hands and reached under his desk and pulled out a clipboard.
He sat back in his comfy leather rolling chair and looked it over. He lifted a few pages and after a few moments, placed the clipboard on his desk. "It is not a coincidence you both are here. Both of you have been placed in the Partner class agent. Which means you really don't need anything specific from me." Mavus leaned forward; resting his arms on his desk. "Agent X and Agent Jade, it is time you both got your best friend. To do so, you'll need to go to the digimon registry and meet with the head of staff there; Dr. Daisuke Ichi. He heads the medical and scientific division of W.A.D.A., only he can awaken whatever partner will best be suited to each of you." Mavus explained as Jacque moved across the room.
Jacque then spoke after Mavus, "The doctor will know more on the processes involved so if you have any questions he is the one to ask." Mavus nodded in agreement. "After you obtain your partner you're free to undertake quests from our quest board or partake in fellowship in the social ground outside. In any case, you will be full fledged members of Eternal Storm so on behalf of the guild, I welcome you. You're dismissed agents." Mavus finished with a smile.

X was suprised when heard Jade say she was going for a digimon partner too she didn't seem the type. X then smiled as he watched mavus spun in his chair it looked kind of fun. He then heard the news that he was gonna meet his digimon soon and smiled more. He knew he would feel much more comfortable with a digimon around all the time. He then waited for Jacque to finish talking then nodded to them both. "Thank you sirs but where exactly is the medical and science division I'm not used to big building like structures. I find my way around the digital world better so I can't wait to get to work." He smiled again as he waited for a reply wondering who his partner digimon may be. And when he heard the directions he would leave most likely a few feet behind Jade.

Jade gave a low bow to the Guild Master as he explained the situation. Seemed like checking them in was all he was really needed for at the moment. She turned and began to leave when she heard the other agent ask where the Medical and Science Division is. She sighed and rolled her eyes. "Follow me, newbie. My parents uploaded a map of this base to my D.I.G. when I boarded. I know exactly where to go. Do try to keep up. This station is a big place. You get lost, you're on your own. Thank you, Guild Master. Jacques." Jade said, bidding her leaders a farewell. She then walked out of the office, not really waiting for X to catch up.

Talvi entered the room looking to the Floramon. She was rather pretty she thought. She gave a small nervous smile and looked around. The room was very nice. The desk and the lounge it felt like one of the rooms her father had important meetings in. That was when it wasn't at an office. She saw the Guild master lounging in a chair beside the couch. Talvi took a deep breath and approached.
"I am Talvi Taika." she said introducing herself with a bow. She normally didn't start conversations but she had been raised to be polite. So introductions were always first. She backed away afterwards giving room for Samantha to introduce herself. Her gaze remained on the guild master.
Showing you were attentive and listening by repeating what they said and keeping eye contact. Her fathers lessons on professionalism coming to her as she stood there. She could do this. She didn't like talking or people in general in real life but she could do this at least.

The Floramon was a beautiful thing to behold. She smiled at her as she walked into the room. "Thank you, I hope i get to see you again. " She murmured bowing to her. Samantha found the room to be more comfortable and inviting than she had previously thought. Eternal Storm gave her a different impression than what she had discovered but that was a nice surprise. She glanced at Talvi as she made her introductions then she did something completely new to her. she gently took off her hoodie and placed it in her arms. Samantha never ever took it off in public due to her fear of judgment by her peers. "My name is Samantha Allison Anderson and it is an honor to meet you, Sir." She said bowing for the third time that morning.
She kept her gaze on the Guild Master as he sat there lounging in the chair. Her nerves were humming slightly but she knew it was due to her over thinking the situation, which was perfectly normal for her to do. Her mind told her to stand straight and pay attention to what was going on. So she followed suit, even though she was shaking like a leaf on the inside. Having Talvi helped her keep her composure as she stood there. She glanced at her for a second to take in how she was responding. It looked like Talvi had been raised to be polite and professional. Samantha's upbringing had been anything but polite and professional but she stopped herself from thinking about it. It wasn't important anymore and she had bigger and brighter things to look forward to.

The Guild Master had finished writing some paper work and gently placed his pen down and looked at the two ladies. "Talvi, Samantha I cannot begin to express my gratitude such lovely roses chose to join my family here at Eternal Storm. I just finished your paper work. You can pass on the formalities, please make yourselves comfortable. I just want to explain your duties and your special trait." Mavus spoke with a sense of charm and nobility despite his appearance. His voice was soft but firm at the same time. "Mavus was excited that you two were joining him!" A small voice said from under Mavus desk. An Elecmon's head popped into view from Mavus' lap. "Hi! I'm Jacques! I'm Mavus' partner Digimon! It's nice to meet you!" He said happily. Mavus smiled at his partner and began to pet his head, Jacques face expression showed that he was very blissful as his partner pet his head. "Well, first off welcome to the guild. As members of Eternal Storm, I want you to know we here don't treat this as a job. This is a family, the people outside these doors in the hall outside, digimon and human alike are your brothers and sisters. Even between you two, and as a family your protection and growth as both a member and human being is the most important thing here in Eternal Storm." Mavus said.
He stopped petting his partner and leaned over his desk interlocking his fingers, Jacques moved from Mavus' lap to the couch and jumped up on it and laid down watching the conversation. "We do not force our members to quest, you may do that at your own pace, you may even lounge in the guild hall enjoying each others company for eternity if you so choose. We want all members to feel loved and welcomed and every member here will make sure you two feel that way. If and when you decide to take a quest we ask that you don't take an unnecessary risks that would endanger your life. Choose a quest that is posted on our guilds quest hall that best suits your skill set. You may do it alone or with members of the guild to party. There are different quest urgency but don't feel pressured into taking any of the more important ones if you don't feel ready to do that. When you want to enjoy some downtime, since both the guild hall and Tartarus will be your new home, you're free to use all of the utilities. Furthermore..." Jacques looked up at Mavus. "Mavus, I think you covered the basics, perhaps you should get to the other thing now?" He advised and Mavus leaned back in his chair. "Ah yes, the other thing. Are either of you familiar with the term digimon hybrid?" Mavus asked.

"Mavus was excited that you two were joining him!" She looked surprised and corrected her glasses as a small red digimon appeared. "Hi! I'm Jacques! I'm Mavus' partner Digimon! It's nice to meet you!" She watched the digimon closely as Mr. Jerinaw petted it's head. "Well, first off welcome to the guild. As members of Eternal Storm, I want you to know we here don't treat this as a job. This is a family, the people outside these doors in the hall outside, digimon and human alike are your brothers and sisters. Tavli watched as Jaques moved from his lap. She was much more interested in him than the Guild Master but she turned her gaze back just the same. "We do not force our members to quest, you may do that at your own pace, you may even lounge in the guild hall enjoying each others company for eternity if you so choose. "By definition digimon is what Jaques is. Hybrid means a combination of. Therefore a digimon hybrid would be combination of a digimon with a non-digimon form." Talvi said. "You mentioned a special trait I am assuming that this hybrid question has something to do with that."
In truth she wanted to say lot more. His family thing bugged her. This was by definition a business. While the boss could be as lenient as he desired; the work must still be done. She would not call any of them family for some time and even friendships do not bloom on the first meeting. She frowned as she thought this. He definitely did not make a good first impression on her. However she was raised in a business like atmosphere so she knew she could be to critical as well. She may dislike his personality but that did not mean he was unprofessional.
She was overthinking again. She chastised herself mentally.

However she was raised in a business like atmosphere so she knew she could be to critical as well. She may dislike his personality but that did not mean he was unprofessional. She was overthinking again. She chastised herself mentally. Samantha listened intently as Marvus spoke about family and how everyone was welcome here. It sounded to her like a dream come true. The red digimon caught her attention immediately. "Well hi there to you too. wow a family, I'm still reeling over being here." She admitted blushing abit. she tilted her head in confusion as he asked them what a Hybrid was. she knew of them but this was still all so new to her. She was grateful when Talvi spoke up about the subject. "I knew about them but never knew they actually existed, we never really interacted with Digimon or others outside of my immediate family. So, I'm happy to hear anything that will help." She explained going pink again.
Sam was not used to being social at all and this atmosphere would need some getting used to since her whole life had been so negative. The special trait that was mentioned piqued her interest as she gazed at Marvus. She tilted her head as she looked at Talvi. She wondered how the other girl felt about all of this but she was too shy and polite to ask. after all it was personal. She began to french braid her hair as her anxiety reared its ugly head again. Her emerald eyes spoke volumes as they glanced around her. That was one thing she couldn't control no matter what she did. She rubbed her shoulders as she felt a pang creep in. Another side effect of anxiety. Read more: digimonworldaffairs.freeforums.net/post/new/96#ixzz456SaiPiq

Mavus clapped his hands three times with a smile, "Well done Talvi, you hit the nail on the head. Though, its actuality is a little different. I only know a little myself as they're only starting to show up. Digimon Hybrids are special humans whose soul has a specific affinity to the natural elements represented by specific digimon souls. You two had such a reaction on your initiation. When you were injected with DDNA the elements of Earth and Wind flared up, which tells us that you possess the trait of these Digimon Hybrids. The spirits of Earth and Wind have called for you to be there next partners. This is a power unlike any other as if you succeed in unlocking the spirits, you will control the very elements they represent in powerful forms. From what I heard Fire, Ice and Darkness have already claimed their spirits. Light appears to be on his way and now you two. I will not lie to you, the test will grant you great power but the cost of failing is an early grave. I am required to ask if you wish to undergo the exam despite the risk to your well being. Should you wish to forgo the test, we can set you up with something else. There is no shame in wanting to ensure your life." Mavus asked. Jacques watched from the couch for the girls to make their decision.
