"I am not one to lie General. I wasn't; however he is impatient to see justice done since this has become a murder investigation. I am sure many of the men are on edge not knowing if there shall be another explosion, The name is Talvi Taika, General,"
The General bowed his head slightly with a nod, "Commander General Shang-Jiang Lee of the Eurasian Republic." He turned his attention back to the detective,
"It appears she has more honor then you detective." Without warning, Shang punched Hwang in the stomach. The investigator lurching from the intense blow, blood drizzling out from his o shaped mouth.
"I do not like to be lied too and I especially dislike when the people of this city soil its honor. Disrespecting our guest that we invited into our nation soils our name does it not, Detective?" Hwang could not do anything except hold tightly to Shang's wrist.
Shang removed his enclosed fist from the mans stomach revealing it coated in a digisoul. For a normal human being punched with the power of a digimon, Hwang might as well have jumped in front of oncoming traffic. The old man fell to his knees reaching for his stomach and gasped for air.
Upon further inspection of Shang's digisoul, a trait that was supposed to be exclusive to W.A.D.A., it looked almost dirty. Corrupted even. It didn't have a bright vibrant color that normal digisouls had. It seemed to work just as well though which made the General an entirely different person all together.
"Silly silly Hwang, should've stayed home and played with his wang. hee hee hee." A second smaller voice said next to Talvi. A small Terriermon walked by her, completely undetected until now, and placed his ear on the detective's back.
"Boyo Hwang, you smell of alcohol too. Did the misses throw you out again?" The digimon teased.
Shang shook of the digisoul and placed his hand back around his back and smiled at Talvi nodding, "Forgive the Detective Miss Taika. His actions do not account for the Republics. I'm sure you'll find him a lot more reputable now...as soon as he recovers." Shang looked briefly to the curled over man, to which the Terriermon found a comfortable seat on his back.
"Ah. Where are my own manners? Dear me. This is Poe, my digimon partner." Poe waved with his ear at Talvi.
"Well, Talvi, this was supposed to be a standard visit to see how things were going. I did not intend to find what I have. We thank you that you're taking time to help us with our problem. Normally, my personal men would have handled the digimon but we thought them infants and harmless. Now that they have become dangerous killers, it is of the utmost they are captured and brought to justice."

"Commander General Shang-Jiang Lee of the Eurasian Republic." He turned his attention back to the detective,
"It appears she has more honor then you detective." Talvi flinched at the blow. He deserved it but it had been a bit brutal. The guy was just a jerk.
"I do not like to be lied too and I especially dislike when the people of this city soil its honor. Disrespecting our guest that we invited into our nation soils our name does it not, Detective?"
Talvi examined the glowing digi-soul. It was unique to say for certain. It was no doubt because it was developed seperately from W.A.D.A. that it appeared different. Their specialist probably had a vaguer idea on how the souls worked.
"Silly silly Hwang, should've stayed home and played with his wang. hee hee hee." Talvi nearly jumped at the sound. She looked by her feet to watch the terriermon.
"Boyo Hwang, you smell of alcohol too. Did the misses throw you out again?" Talvi automatically did not like the terriermon whom seemed content adding insult to injury.
"Forgive the Detective Miss Taika. His actions do not account for the Republics. I'm sure you'll find him a lot more reputable now...as soon as he recovers." Talvi nodded acceptingly.
"Ah. Where are my own manners? Dear me. This is Poe, my digimon partner." Poe waved with his ear at Talvi.

Now that they have become dangerous killers, it is of the utmost they are captured and brought to justice."
"Indeed," Talvi said. "I shall return to work then. The sooner they are caught the better for everyone. Unless you have a grander plan than scouring by foot."

"Indeed," Talvi said. "I shall return to work then. The sooner they are caught the better for everyone. Unless you have a grander plan than scouring by foot."
Shang looked over at the barn and then to Talvi, "Well the two digimon in question are both aerial in nature not needed to touch the ground. Meaning that looking for clues scattered along the ground is pointless. One is a fireball, meaning it is constantly giving off heat. Perhaps you should look for heated air instead of what's on the ground. It doesn't make sense to scour the ground." Shang offered, he clearly understood digimon unlike the detective who was insistent on doing everything by the book.
"I would love to stay and help, but I am late to a meeting to discuss the development in our science. I'm sure you and the good detective will be quite fine from now on. I expect a quick and speedy resolution to this crisis. When the digimon are found and captured, they're to be delivered to me personally." The General patted Jun on the head before turning and heading towards the car.
Poe giggled and leaped onto Shang's shoulder, "Good luck Miss Talvi. The People are paying good money for your services." He would get into the car and drive away unless stopped.
The detective got up still coughing, "S...sorry...for my...rudeness." He said getting on all fours and placing his head down at her feet. "You will have no further problems from me!"

One is a fireball, meaning it is constantly giving off heat. Perhaps you should look for heated air instead of what's on the ground. It doesn't make sense to scour the ground." Talvi nodded appreciatively. At least it seemed he knew what to look for however the air wouldn't remain hot for long. Hot air rises and as it rises it cools off. If that hot air comes into contact with really cold air a tornado could be made. With an explosion the air would be extremely hot....he was right to look up. The clouds and air held the clue.
"I would love to stay and help, but I am late to a meeting to discuss the development in our science. I'm sure you and the good detective will be quite fine from now on. She did not doubt they would be put to death.
"Good luck Miss Talvi. The People are paying good money for your services." She glared a bit at the terriermon. She cared little for how much money they were paying. Rather she was more interested in solving this case and going back to the digital world.
"S...sorry...for my...rudeness." He said getting on all fours and placing his head down at her feet. "You will have no further problems from me!"
"Stand up," she responded. "General Lee went overboard in teaching you to respect me. We both want to do our jobs and get this over with. So let's at least tolerate each other a little bit more." Talvi looked up at the sky and the clouds.
"That there is our ticket," Talvi said pointing up. "He wasn't wrong to look up. The thickening of clouds there is from hot air cooling into clouds. It should also have caused a thermal current. I should be able to ride the current." Talvi said thinking. She couldn't go anywhere without permission however let alone alone. "I can carry you since I can not wander without escort."

The detective got up from the ground and looked to the sky as Talvi did, "No...I don't believe you are allowed to fly anywhere. You are only permitted to take the vehicle." Jun seemed nervous now and was hunched over just a bit.
"I think we'll have to find a different way to track them ma'me."

A different way....it would be much faster is she just rode the currents. It seemed however there was not going to a short way. She still didn't know all her D.I.G.'s functions. However it was suppose to be a complex computer. Talvi began going through the menus checking to see if it had a way to read the wind. Finally she found a geostrophic wind reader. She silently celebrated in her mind as she brought it up and held out her arm to take a reading.
"They headed west," she finally said. The swirls on the screen forming a complex bet very readable pattern. Especially when one path stood out as too straight. It wouldn't stay for too long it was already starting to warp with the wind.
"We best get moving quickly before the trail is blown away," Talvi said and started heading for the car.

Jun nodded as she did, those gloves these agents wore would make his job so much easier. He wondered if there was some way to get them in the future. "That thing is pretty handy." He commented as he followed her to the vehicle.
The solider opened the door for them as Jun climbed in after Talvi. "So, you're like...a special soldier right? The Commander said something about a hybrid...is that why you said you could fly? What kinda thing is that? Like a super hero?"
The solider got into the drivers seat and looked at Talvi, "Where to?"

"That thing is pretty handy." Indeed it was though it took some getting use to. She waited for the door before crawling inside. She notice Jun start to follow and moved over for him. She rolled down the window slightly so her D.I.G. could get a continuous reading while they moved.
"So, you're like...a special soldier right? The Commander said something about a hybrid...is that why you said you could fly? What kinda thing is that? Like a super hero?"
"Where to?"
"Head west about five kilometers and north two," Talvi responded to the driver.
"Hybrids are in tune with digimon. I can become a digimon at will that is in tune with my spirit. My spirit digimon is a harpymon of all things. I guess most women are harpies after all," Talvi chuckled a bit. She didn't consider herself a harpy however she wasn't mean enough. Even when ratting him out she defended him as well. It just wasn't in her nature to be cutthroat in the real world. When it came to games though she could be the meanest bitch with a machine gun. "You could call us special however. According to the texts I've read only ten of us ever exist at the same time."

Ten? That was a small number. She really was elite then, how odd that they would send someone of her stature to a place like this. It was possible that it was a popularity stunt to try and show respect to the republic.
The driver began his move, keeping to the roads he was allowed to take Talvi down. It again was very unorthodox path. She was really limited in what she was allowed to see. The trail however wouldn't wait for them as it began to weaken.
"A Harpymon hmm? You know we take classes back at the station that categorizes digimon into danger ranks. From Unranked to Code Dreadnaught. Harpymon came up in one of those and I think was classified as a Code Yellow. Something our low level military would deal with. Does W.A.D.A. have any system like that? How do you assign soldiers to missions?" Seemed the Detective was owning up to his investigative roots.
As they drove, he'd have to find something to pass the time with. Investigating her was a good a thing to do as anything.

"There are generalized missions we are given the option to do from a mission board. This was one of them. Then there are assigned missions for greater threats. Two baby leveled digimon hardly categorize as a major threat to us so it was put up for anyone to accept," Talvi stated. "I accepted it as a small break from my training. And to see a different part of the world in which I was born. Reading and watching about it is one thing experiencing is completely different. Not to mention with as much as our Countries bad mouth one another I am sure many of the facts are very biased. It is good to form ones own opinion from what they see before their eyes and not through a screen."

Jun looked at her, she spoke as if she still had connections to her homeland. She definitely spoke like she did. The car kept going before it finally made it back to the main road. The strength of the signal was nearly faded but was slightly peering towards the right.
"You talk like you're still loyal to your country. Didn't you have to give up your citizenship to be a mercenary?" Jun asked looking out the window.

"Keep to the right," Talvi instructed the driver. Worried it might vanish completely before the trail was complete.
"Citizenship is just a word for providing services to the place you are born. I volunteered my services to W.A.D.A. I have poor relations with my parents and my family name while respected in business is despised by everyone else. I hold no real ties to my country. That doesn't mean I would betray it however. I was born there and a part of me shall always be fond of the country that raised me into what I am today. I have to give it its due credit," Talvi responded. Everyone had an obligation to their homeland. She was no different; while her memories were not the fondest if they ever needed her she would go to their aid. Because in the end her hate really was nothing more than a strong distaste for being treated like a caged animal.

The driver continued to follow Talvi's instructions. Jun looked at her and arched a brow, "I wonder how your organization would feel if you told them that you still held feelings for your country. Even if it is the American Federation..." Jun stopped however trying not to get back into it with their guest.
"Mm...it's not important. How are we doing?" He asked. The trail had thinned to the point of being undetectable, the D.I.G. flashed signal lost on its screen.
"How close are we to them?"

"I wonder how your organization would feel if you told them that you still held feelings for your country. Even if it is the American Federation..." She would doubt they would care. She respected her country but she would hardly die for it. After all even her family wouldn't risk their lives for her.
"Mm...it's not important. How are we doing?" He asked. The trail had thinned to the point of being undetectable, the D.I.G. flashed signal lost on its screen.

"Within a block. Since the trail has gone cold however they haven't moved from their position. So it should be that building there," Talvi pointed out the window to a small three story building.
"Stop here," she said to the driver then looked to the detective. He would no doubt call for backup to search the building. That and she couldn't go look for herself without permission.

"Stop here,"
Jun looked at the building, "So this is it huh? Wonder what they're do--" before Jun could finish, the three story building erupted in flames as the entirety of it exploded sending brick and glass and debris everywhere. The screams of the citizens were drowned out by the intense explosion and heat.
The people around the building had all but disappeared and the cars around it had acted as a chain explosion and other drivers crashed everywhere. There were casualties everywhere. The explosion was so powerful that it blew out the windows of every other building wounding the citizens inside.
It sent Jun and Talvi to the floor with a powerful thud. When Talvi came to and regained her ringing senses she could see the flames as high as the building that once stood there. Bodies scattered everywhere, one particular man running and screaming completely engulfed in flame until he collapsed and laid there.
Jun was to Talvi's left and if she inspected the detective, she would find that he was no longer alive. A brick from the building, narrowly missed Talvi and crushed the detectives face in. Sirens could be heard in the distance. Electric lines were sparking from there severed cables. Surrounding establishments were now also on fire.
She could see the two digimon though as they floated by giggling to themselves. "I told you I could make a bigger candle!!" The PetitMeramon said.
BabyDmon chuckled, "That was bigger then the last! Let's find something even bigger and see how big we can get it!"
The fireball digimon nodded, "Yea lets do it!" The two completely aloof of the consequences of their actions.
